Traffic Jam Studio - Terms and Conditions of Hire

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a booking agreement email has been sent and the client has confirmed by email, accompanied by payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total hire fee. The balance of the hire fee is due no later than 14 days prior to the hire date.

Amendments and Cancellations:

We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we allow for amendments to the booking to be made up to 14 days in advance of the hire date. If you need to cancel your booking more than 14 days before the hire date, the deposit will not be refunded, but it can be applied towards a future booking within the next 6 months. After the 14-day period, no changes can be made to the booking, and the hire fee will not be refundable.

Use of Space:

The hirer is responsible for the condition of the space and all equipment therein, and must ensure that all such equipment is left in the same condition as at the start of the hire period. Any damage to the space or equipment will be charged to the hirer.

Liability:

Traffic Jam Studio accepts no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought into or left in the space, and all liability for such equipment or property is hereby expressly excluded. All equipment and other property is left at the owner's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage.

Insurance:

Hirers are required to have their own insurance to cover all activities they intend to undertake at the Traffic Jam Studio. Proof of such insurance must be provided upon request.

Indemnity:

The hirer agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified Traffic Jam Studio from and against all costs, claims, demands, actions, proceedings and losses whatsoever made against or incurred by Traffic Jam Studio as a result of the hirer's use and/or occupation of the space.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.

By confirming your booking and signing the booking agreement, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Traffic Jam Studio reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. It is the hirer's responsibility to review these terms and conditions prior to each booking.
